Wolthoorn cafe for pride of place in Top 100

Groninse cafes do well in the Top Cafe 100. The winner of last year, the state Wolthoorn the next three years in the Hall of Fame Misset Horeca. The tenth place is The Pint Lier. Last year they were still on the fourteenth place.

Top 100 listed together to seventeen judges visited the past year four hundred cafes throughout the Netherlands. That was anonymous and the pubs were assessed for hospitality, atmosphere, quality of drinks served, hygiene and appearance.

Jos cafe in Nijmegen is the best pub of the Netherlands and may be called Café of the Year. In second place is Proeflokaal In the Uiver in Haarlem. Number three is The New Big Dries in Utrecht.
